Building on a legacy of championship success, these sails have been instrumental in top-tier results and will be the choice of a driven and skilled team competing on the 2025 PWA World Tour. Designed using advanced materials and shaped through ongoing development and testing, the Vapor and Vapor Air deliver the control, responsiveness and race-focused performance required at every level of competition.

A major leap forward in 2025 is the introduction of the Continuous Radial Panel Layout in both models. Inspired by our Membrane sail technology, this innovative design replaces traditional horizontal panels with continuous radial panels that function as one unified structure. The result is more direct feedback, increased load efficiency and a smoother, more connected feel on the water, giving racers a decisive edge, when it matters most.

VAPOR

The 2025 Vapor is built to push the limits of slalom racing, integrating the latest innovations in sail design, materials and construction. Developed using advanced 3D software, it features a finely tuned profile with optimized draft and twist characteristics, resulting in precise handling and improved acceleration. A new, increased luff curve gives the sail a lighter, more responsive feel in the hands, enhancing control during critical moments like jibing and quick transitions.

Further upgrades include a more powerful lower profile for increased drive and an updated twist pattern that enhances mid-leech release, improving power efficiency and overall speed. The new Continuous Radial Panel Layout creates a more unified and lightweight structure for better responsiveness and performance. With a 7-batten configuration across all sizes, the Vapor 2025 delivers balanced power, smooth handling and consistent performance across a wide wind range. Whether chasing podiums at national events or competing internationally, the Vapor provides the control, speed and reliability needed to stay ahead of the pack.

• Refined Leech Twist – Refined leech twist reduces release at the head and increases it in the center, enhancing balance and performance in diverse conditions.
• Updated Batten Specification – Updated batten specs ensure perfect compatibility with the sail’s new shape and maintain durability under extreme conditions.
• 4-Cam Performance Design – Smaller Vapor sizes use four small cambers, while larger sizes combine two race and two small cambers for ideal performance and smooth batten rotation.
• Continuous Luff Panels – Continuous luff panels ensure strong and efficient load distribution.

Vapor Air

The 2025 Vapor Air continues its legacy as a top-tier foil racing sail, designed for maximum acceleration, control and speed. Developed using advanced 3D design software, the sail’s profile is precisely engineered to optimize twist and draft, delivering refined handling and high-end performance. The introduction of a new Continuous Radial Panel Layout, inspired by Membrane sail technology allows for more direct feedback and a smoother, more connected feel while racing. With these updates, the Vapor Air enables riders to maintain stability and responsiveness at full speed.

Enhancements to the luff curve and increased profile in the boom area provide added power and stability during high-pressure situations, while updates to the mid-leech release ensure smoother airflow and improved efficiency. Updated batten specs complement the refined sail shape, maintaining stability under extreme racing conditions. The 2025 range also introduces the 8.2 as largest size for lighter wind performance, compatible with a 490 mast, while the 4.3 and 5.3 models are optimized for RDM masts. With these innovations, the Vapor Air delivers cutting-edge performance tailored for serious competition.
